PEDIATRICS

Thank you for letting us share the most important time in your child's life. Our goal is to become your trusted partner in caring for your child in all aspects of normal growth, health and development from birth through adolescence.

We provide a wide range of general pediatric services including prenatal visits for expectant parents and newborn exam right after being discharged from the hospital.  If you are delivering your baby at Exempla Lutheran Medical Center we can provide care for your baby in the hospital.

We believe all questions have value if they are concerning to you. Please feel free to talk to us about anything related to your child's health and well being. We want to help you find answers and are committed to providing the best possible care for your children.

WE ARE OPEN!

We are still doing well checks but all of them are being done in the morning (9 to 12). Children under 2 should try to keep their appointment for shots and developmental checks. It is important to do them in a timely manner. The appointments for older children may be rescheduled if you would like, but it is not necessary. We are trying to take all reasonable precautions. All sick kids are seen in the afternoon and in separate rooms in order to limit the exposure to our healthy children. Families are taken straight to the rooms (please limit amount of people who come to the visits with you - siblings will not be allowed to stay in the waiting room). Rooms are cleaned thoroughly after each visit.
We are now allowed to do “TeleHealth” visits - I can Skype or FaceTime with you and see your child in the comfort of your home. In many cases the office visit can be avoided but if child needs to be seen - I will see him or her in the afternoon.
Keep in mind - even during the “lock down” visiting your doctor is included in the list of essential activities.
We will keep you updated with this rapidly changing situation!
Please note, masks for babies under 2 years of age are not recommended.
